Holiday Delivery Expectations and Break Dates

As we prepare for the holiday season, we want to make sure everyone is as well-informed as possible when it comes to when to expect your orders. The following information has been put together with the help of our fulfillment team, suppliers, and shipping carriers.

Fulfillment & Shipping

In the past, we've managed an average fulfillment time of around 1-3 days. Starting in November, we are expecting certain items to take up to 7 business days prior to shipping. We will continue to adjust product listings with our most accurate estimates.

Delivery

The total time from when your order is placed to when it reaches your door includes the fulfillment estimate followed by the delivery estimate.

We cannot guarantee delivery times for specific holidays, but our recommendation is to place your order at least 3 weeks before you'd expect them to arrive, allowing for up to 1 week for fulfillment and up to 2 weeks for delivery, especially for non-US orders.

Holiday Break

Our team will also be taking a break from December 24 to January 5. While you are still welcome to reach out to us via email during these dates, you may receive a delayed response, and fulfillment will be completely on hold during this time. We strongly urge you to place orders well in advance or after January 5.
